Dr. Piermaria J. Oddone, Director of Femrmi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) visited KEK on November 20 and 21. Accompanied by Dr. Young-Kee Kim, Deputy Director, Dr. Hugh Montgomery, Associate Director for Research, and Dr. Marc Ross, Head of Technical Division, they traveled to Tokai village to see the J-PARC construction site on November 20. On 21st, they visited KEK in Tsukuba to meet with the KEK Director General Atsuto Suzuki, and other directors. After the discussions on the collaboration in the field of particle physics, they visited facilities such as Accelerator Test Facility (ATF), Superconducting Test Facility (STF), PS Counter Experimental Hall, Photon Factory, Belle Experimental Hall, and the R&D facilities for the superconducting cavity.
