Daniele Bragetti
- Recorder
He studied recorder at the Scuola Civica di Musica di Milano with N. Stern,
graduating in 1985. Afterwards he studied in Italy with K. Boeke and in
1986 entered Sweelinck Conservatorium Amsterdam where he graduated in 1991
under instruction of M. Miessen and J. van Wingerden. For many years he
has been giving concerts in Europe, Japan and South America as soloist,
in duo with Seiko Tanaka or as a member of several ensembles and baroque
orchestras, such as Ensemble Baroque de Limoges (C. Coin), Divina Armonia
(L. Ghielmi), Ensemble Elyma (G. Garrido), Capella Ducale Venezia (L. Picotti),
Athestis Chorus (F.M. Bressan), Academia Montis Regalis (A. de Marchi),
and Ensemble Concerto (R. Gini). He has made recordings for Opus 111, Entrée,
Mercury, Passacaille and Stradivarius. He is teaching at Scuola Musicale
and Accademia Internazionale della Musica (formerly Scuola Civica), both
in Milan, and the Studio Fontegara in Tokyo. In 2008 and in 2010 he has
been Visiting Professor at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica of Santiago
of Chili. Together with Seiko Tanaka he founded two recorder orchestras,
I Sonatori del Fontego Tokyo and I Sonatori del Fontego – Orchestra Milanese
di flauti dolci.
The duo Tanaka-Bragetti was founded in 1991 and is active in Europe and
in Japan, They released several CD for Entrée (“A duo”, Sonates en Trio
of Boismortier with Walter van Hauwe) and Mercury (sonatas for two recorders
by Telemann).
