We discuss the use of the SU(3) flavor symmetry to extract information from non-leptonic B decays. We pay special attention to the Kpi and pipi modes, and stress that annihilation contributions can be taken into account model-independently in the flavor symmetric limit. We present the status of the various phenomenological "puzzles", as well as a tentative analysis of the K*pi decays. |
