Ordinary space-time supersymmetry is characterized by the presence of odd spinor charges that toghether with the Poincare generators form the Super Poincare algebra. In this talk we will discuss a graded extension of the Poincare algebra with a vector and scalar odd generators,. We will also construct a dynamical system with this symmetry and study some general properties of this algebra
