As the end of fiscal year 2007 (March 31, 2008) is approaching, we have to control our budget for travel expenses. So please apply for travel expense until March 3, 2008(Mon.) through this system. When your travel term will continue after March 31(e.g. March 25, 2008 – April 2, 2008), please contact Users Office by e-mail (users.office@post.kek.jp).
Please consult with your KEK host researcher if you would like to apply after the deadline.
