Notice on the shut off of the User Support System |
We would like to announce, that the User Support System will be temporarily shut off in the below period due to the maintenance works of the electrical installations in our Institute.

Our system will accept your requests as usual till 6 PM, August 14 (Fri).
It will operate again in full from 9:00 AM, August 20 (Thu).
Apologizing for your inconvenience, please make necessary applications for the period between August 15 (Sat) night and August 20 (Thu) night, BEFOREHAND.

Automatic e-mails with the room# confirmation will be sent to you around 18:30 in August 14(Fri).You will not be able to check the room# from your portal, so please find the confirmation e-mail from our system in your e-mail address.
