Resulting from the last earthquake, our Research Support System (KRS) is stopped. Apologizing for inconvenience to our Common Users, we are looking for your kind understanding.
1. Applications for Accommodation and Travel Support
First, contact your Host Researcher in KEK. After obtaining the Work (Business Travel) Request,
please contact Users Office by mail asking for the booking.
2. Reimbursement of the Cancellation for Accommodation fees
Traffic roads, railways and airplanes were influenced by the earthquake. Those who paid the
cancellation fees, need to submit the receipts for reimbursement procedures. Please mail or fax to
the Users Office.
3. Travel Support till the end of the current FY2010
Has one failed to apply for the Travel Support (for FY2010, till the end of this month),
you need to confirm with your Host Researcher and contact Users Office.
4. Accommodation applications after March 11th (earthquake date)
Because staying at the KEK dormitories and apartment facilities became impossible after
the earthquake, we have cancelled all the bookings from that night on.
No charges will be implied.
