* Regarding Accommodation Booking
Our system will accept your requests as usual till 6 PM, August 15 (Mon).
It will operate again in full from 9:00 AM, August 19 (Fri).
Apologizing for your inconvenience, please make necessary applications for the period between August 16 (Tue) night and August 19 (Fri) night, BEFOREHAND.
* Regarding Room Allocation
Automatic e-mails with the room# confirmation will be sent to you around 18:30 in August 15(Mon). You will not be able to check the room# from your portal, so please find the confirmation e-mail from our system in your e-mail address.
