Annual Tsukuba Marathon will be held on November 25th, between 9:30 and 14:00. The running route includes Higashi-Odori Blvd right in front of KEK.
There will be traffic restrictions (and traffic jam) during the time at various places in Tsukuba(map1).(Between 9:30 and 14:00, it will be quite difficult to come in or go out of KEK with a car. )
KEK leaves open the southside exit near the soccer field (south of Gym and tennis court) for the duration.
Recommended path to come in or go out of KEK will be found in map2.
If you have any reason to go out or come in to KEK, It would be recommend you to do so before 9:30 or after 14:00.portal site will be shut off between 10:00(JST) and 18:30(JST) on Aug.15 (Wed.), 2012 because we will do maintenance for the system.
