As a specific case, we apply the general multipole limited dynamic aperture formulae to the dynamic apertures limited by single or multi wigglers in a storage ring, and the analytical results are checked with numerical values.

\na conductive slit for the transverse beam size measurement encounter hard limitation of the method
\nsensitivity for the electron energy much larger than 1 GeV. These limitations are connected with
\na small response of ODR yield on the beam size in comparison with SR background and with a large
\nnear field zone effect for very high Lorenz-factor, such as it is at SLAC FFTB. We consider here
\na possibility of application of the artificial phase shift on a slit target, which is very sensitive
\nto the transverse electron position and may allow increasing significantly the method sensitivity.
\nFor near field zone problem on resolution the model for calculation of ODR from a real size slit
\ntarget in near field zone was developed. Usage of this model actually shows a large distortion
\nof ODR angular distribution in near field zone for high value of Lorenz-factor. To another side,
\nthis model shows the possibility of near field zone effect removing using an optical system in
\nthe ODR path. This allows us to realize the measurements of a small transverse size of supper
\nrelativistic electron beams. Some tests of this technique at ATF are possible.

\n100ns spacing, or in one single uniform long -500 ns- bunch) up to 1

\nAn electron cloud can therefore form in the machine, as the intensities

\nWe study numerically the SEY threshold for the onset of the electron cloud
\nbuild up and the possible resulting bunch instabilities.
\nWe stress the importance of low energy reflected electrons in the process,
\nreferring to recent measurements which have led to a new SEY
\nparametrization in which the probability of reflection becomes 1 for
\nvanishing energy of the incident electron.
\nThe importance of rediffused electrons in simulations is also finally
