This is the Target Section of the Slow Positron Facility at the Institute of Materials Structure Science (IMSS) at KEK. The target section was cut out from a tungsten thin film using wire cutting, followed by chemical polishing. Subsequently, annealing was conducted using an electron beam welding machine.
