The 33rd Workshop on \"Radiation Detectors and Their Uses\" was held on January 28- 30, 2019, co-sponsored by the Radiation Science Center and the Japan Society of Applied Physics Ionization Radiation Division.
It was held with about 90 participants from domestic universities, research institutes, companies, etc.
There were 42 presentations, including 3 invited lectures, on a wide range of themes related to radiation measurement technology and detector development. Mr. Kotaro Kato of Nagoya University and Mr. Shota Ishikawa of Kyoto University were selected as excellent presentation, and were awarded the Research Society Encouragement Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
