IPNS-RPC, the Research Plan Committee of the Institute for Particle and Nuclear Studies at KEK, recently released recommendations for future projects at KEK.
 
The charge given to the committee from the IPNS director was to investigate experimental research plans in particle and nuclear studies after the completion of J-PARC phase I construction.
 
The committee submitted an original report entitled
    "Recommendations on Experiments for Particle and Nuclear Studies at KEK after 2008"
in March 2006, in which recommendations on possible scenarios for J-PARC, SuperKEKB and ILC were given.
 
As the original report was written in Japanese, the committee recently released an English translation of the report, which can be obtained from the committee's web page
