On October 16-17, the sixth J-PARC Program Advisory Committee (PAC) was held at KEK Tsukuba Campus, having 14 committee members internationally.

The committee started with a opening remark by Fumihiko Takasaki, the Director of Institute of Particle and Nuclear Studies of KEK. Shoji Nagamiya, the Director of J-PARC Center, reported the status of constructions and activities on the J-PARC project. The committee examined project proposals for using the 50 GeV Proton Synchrotron and the Hadron Hall after hearing from each of the projects.

There were also progress reports from some of the proposed experiments at J-PARC, and the committee offered recommendations for them.
