From October 13th to 15th, 2015, HINT2015 International Workshop was held at the Tokai campus. The workshop focused on future prospects for high-intensity proton accelerators and the beams toward multi-MW (mega-watt) power, and new frontier in particle and nuclear physics enabled by the high intensity beams. 129 scientists from 12 countries participated in the workshop.

This workshop covered a wide-range of topics from accelerator science to neutron physics, nuclear physics, neutrino physics, muon physics, and kaon physics. An usage of high intensity beams and the future prospects were discussed.

A poster session was held in the afternoon of the first day, where young scientists enjoyed discussions.
