Borrowing a book
  Who can borrow ?
KEK member only.

  How to borrow ?
Please fill out the check-out slip (see Example) in a book-pocket and put it in the box at the counter.

  How long ?
For one month

  How many books ?
10 books

  How to renewal ?
Please contact to Library staff. (Ext.5137,5138)

  How many times to renew ?
Up to 2 times.(If not reserved)

Library Use Only
  The following materials are for library use only.
  1. Dictionaries, Encyclopedias, Handbooks, Indexes, Books of Standards and other reference books.
  2. Preprints and Reports.
  3. Periodicals. (both bound and unbound)
  4. Microfilms.
  5. Other materials with red label.
Returning a book
  Please bring the books to the counter or put them into a book-post at the entrance.
If you are away from KEK for a long time, you have to return books before you leave even before the due dates.
Reservation
  If a book you want to borrow is out on loan, you can reserve the book.
Please apply at the counter for a reservation request form. (see Example)
Copy
If you are a KEK member, you can copy materials within the limit of copyright law.
When copying, enter your name, your department, and numbers of copy to the list.
For non-KEK member

Weekday, 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00

  How to use in the AV Room in the library?
First, ask at the counter.
Choose item(s) from the cabinet and apply at the counter.
After use, return it to the counter.

  How to take out and use in KEK?
First, ask at the counter.
Choose item(s) from the cabinet and apply at the counter.
Fill out the check-out slip.
