◆ PROFILE ◆

[Violin]Nakako Yokoyama

Nakako Yokoyama graduated Toho Gakuen School of Music in 1994, and then graduated Solist Diploma Course of the same school. During her studying, she won prizes at many competitions. After that, she appeared such stages, as Saitou Kinen Orchestra, Miyazaki International Music Festival, and etc. In 1997, she performed a recital named "Nippon Steel Promising Artist Series" and played W. Furtwangler's Violin Sonata No. 2 with Miyuki Washimiya in the first time in Japan. She was taught by Yoko Murai, Akiko Yasuda, Angela&Toshiya Etoh. She released her CDs, e.g., titled "Prokofiev: Violin sonata No. 1" from Ongaku no tomo sha corp.

 

[Piano] Yuko Sasaki

Yuko Sasaki graduated Toho Gakuen School of Music and Ensemble Diploma Courseof the same school. After that she studied in Natl. Superior Conservatoire of Music in Paris. She got a lot of awards at various international competitions. She performs on the radiobroadcast classical concert, on recital series at Military Museum in Paris, etc. and plays at many solo recitals and chamber ones.

All concerts in the series are open to the public and admission free. We may however restrict the number of attendants due to the limited seating capacity of the hall.
