CKM Quark Flavor Mixing - Implications of the most recent
Results on CP Violation
and Rare Decay Searches in the B and K Meson Systems:
The seminar presents a comprehensive review of all
relevant experimental and theoretical inputs used to
determine the CKM elements with particular emphasis
on the CP-violating phase. The publicly available CKM
fitting framework CKMfitter is introduced and after
FPCP\'02 results on the unitarity triangle are presented.
A discussion about the physical interpretation of results
on charmless B decays is given.
