10 years has already passed since top qauark working group report (Top-Antitop pair production close to threshold: Synopsis of recent NNLO results,
arXiv:hep-ph/0001286). I would like to review this 10 years progress on the subject for top quark mass/yukawa coupling measurement near top quark threshold at ILC.
Technical detail will not be discussed but physics idea, speciality of top threshold from QCD point of view, starting from original Fadin-Khoze work.
