Supersymmetry was introduced to soften the gauge hierarchy problem in the standard model of particle physics. However it generates many phenomenological problems like flavor changing neutral currents and CP violation. Recently, a high scale supersymmetry breaking scenario, dubbed split supersymmetry, was proposed and aiming to avoid these phenomenological problems. We discuss the sizable inherent electric dipole moments in the split supersymmetry models.
