Little Higgs model provides us a new solution of the hierarchy and fine tuning problem of Standard Model. Generically little Higgs model predicts existence of a new vector like top quark, in addition of a whole spectrum of heavy particles. We will analyse the possible implications of this new vector quark on low energy FCNC processes.
