Too much abundance of the gravitino disturb the big-bang nucleosynthesis if the gravitino decay after the big-bang nucleosynthesis starts. We discussed the influence to the light elements abundance by the gravitino decay and derive the upper bound on the reheating temperature after the inflation. Also susy parameter dependence of the upper bound on the reheating temperature are discussed.
