The origin of high-energy cosmic rays is one of the big mysteries in the Universe. Detection of high-energy neutrinos and gamma rays will be useful as a probe of cosmic-ray acceleration in astrophysical sources. Now, large neutrino telescopes such IceCube and KM3Net are being constructed, and not only high-energy gamma-ray astronomy but also neutrino astronomy may be possible in the future. In my talk, we will discuss possibilities of high-energy cosmic-ray acceleration in extragalactic objects such as gamma-ray bursts, active galactic nuclei and clusters of galaxies. The high-energy neutrino emission from such objects and future prospects will mainly be discussed.
