| ABSTRACT: |
A project of a Tau Charm factory with luminosity of 10^35 cm-2 s-1 is now under consideration at Budker INP, Novosibirsk. The main concept of the project is based on the novell approach of crab-waist collison scheme. The machine should run in wide beam energy range from 1 GeV to 2.5 GeV providing high luminosity in a whole region. To enhance experimental capabilities of the facility an electron beam is polarized longitudinaly at IP. The talk presents the status and future of the Novosibirsk project. |
