JAS3 is based on the Freehep Application Framework (http://java.freehep.org/lib/freehep/doc/application/index.html), which provides a basic application framework into which extension modules, or \"plugins\" can be loaded. All of the application-specific functionality of JAS3 is provided by a set of those extension plugins.
JAS3 plugin that can serve as user interface to Geant4 is currently under development. This plugin would allow users to control Geant4 program, view real-time histograms and display events. This talk will give an overview of the plugin design, as well as demo of the working parts. |
