ABSTRACT: |
On 20th November 2009, the LHC restarted after the long shutdown for repairs. Circulating beam was quickly established and rapid progress was made in giving first colliding beams at 900 GeV (centre-of-mass). The two beams have also been accelerated and brought into collision at 2.36 TeV for a short time. This seminar will discuss first commissioning experience and future plans. |
