| ABSTRACT: |
A series of dimuon production experiments using 800 GeV proton beams have been carried out at Fermilab in the last two decades. Physics highlights from these experiments including some very recent results will be presented. Future prospects for dimuon production experiments at Fermilab and J-PARC will be discussed.
