ABSTRACT: Future neutrino facilities, starting with T2K will study subdominant transitions nmu -->ne, nm-->ne and ne-->ntau with the aim of extracting the accesible parameters of the neutrinomixing matter, dm23, theta23, theta13 and delta. This is a challenging task, given the fact that all the above parameters, as well as the solar ones are correlated. In particular, the correlations between the unknown parameters (theta13, delta) are very strong. In addition, an eigth-fold degeneracy appears when trying to determine (theta13,delta) from experimental measurements. In this lectures I discuss the problem and how to adress it experimentally. In particular the consequences for T2K as well as future facilities (Beta-beam, neutrino-factory) will be discussed.
