ABSTRACT: |
I argue that the anomalously small mass difference between
the $D_{s0}^{+}(2317)$ and the recently observed $D_{0}(2308)$
(Belle) state is the first ``smoking gun" experimental evidence of
their tetraquark ($cq({?bar q}{?bar q})$) structure. The recently
reported $D_{sJ}^{+}$(2632) (SELEX) state fits into
the low-lying non-exotic tetraquark spectrum, as predicted by
the 't Hooft's instanton-induced effective quark interaction.
