ABSTRACT: |
Observing lepton-number violation processes is a decisive step toward establishing the Majorana nature of neutrino mass. In a simple extension of the standard model including Majorana neutrinos, we explore the prospects of searching for Delta-L = 2 processes induced by active and sterile neutrinos from rare decays of tau and pseudo-scalar mesons. We also extend the study to the search for heavy Majorana neutrinos at the Tevatron and the LHC. |
