ABSTRACT: |
Recent studies have highlighted the essential role of flavour physics in searching for and understanding physics beyond the Standard Model. At the same time, advances in accelerator technology have made realistic the possibility of an e+e- machine reaching unprecedented luminosities above 1036/cm2/s. I will summarise the opportunities presented by the SuperB project, as described in the recent Conceptual Design Report. |
