TITLE: Strong Interactions through the Eyes of Heavy Quark Spectroscopy

ABSTRACT: The best insight into any interaction is provided by the study of the structures it gives rise to. Heavy Quark spectroscopy is ideally suited to the study of strong interactions and QCD. Hidden flavor mesons are the simplest systems in which such studies can be made with precision, and recently there has been a renaissance in the field. I will review the current status of the spectroscopy of heavy quark systems, and discuss some of the implications.
