The physics of two-photon interactions will be reviewed
following the advent of high energy e+e- colliders : PETRA, TRISTAN and
LEP. The importance of high statistics new precise measurements such as
obtained by BELLE will be emphasized. The need for a "Low Energy"
Photon Linear Collider will be advocated. |
