ABSTRACT: In order to establish the Standard Model (SM) and pursue its extensions, heavy flavor (HF) physics has played an important role more than 30 years and will continue in LHC era. Fermilab Tevatron, proton-antiproton collider at center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV, has provided a large amount of b quarks that is generated by pair productions and results in all species of b hadrons. Thus the measurements are complementary to B-factory's. In CDF experiment various HF analysis programs are ongoing using data collected by the CDF II detector. We present recent CDF HF physics topics, including the observation of Lambda_b->Lambda mumu, the angular analysis in B->K(*)mumu, first two sided limit of Bs->mumu decays, and CP violation measurements in D->hh and Bs->J/psi phi decays, and show the prospect to coming full data analysis.
