In 1998, LSND collaboration announced the results, indicating possible existence of neutrinos beyond three generations. If confirmed, the existence of the new particle(s) has direct impacts not only on the particle physics but also on Cosmology. However, still no definitive experimental result exist.
The J-PARC 3 GeV RCS (Rapid Cycling Synchrotron) and MLF (Material and Life Science Facility) give us great opportunity to draw a definitive conclusion of either confirmation or denial on ‘LSND effect’. In this talk, a new possible experiment will be described.
