ABSTRACT: |
Dark matter has been introduced to explain many independent gravitational
effects at different astrophysical scales, even at cosmological scale.
However, what constitutes dark matter is not known, in fact the list of ruled out candidates is much longer than the list of possible candidates. This review talk is intended for particle physicists with little or no knowledge of astrophysics and cosmology. |
