ABSTRACT: |
Physics at tau-charm region is of great interests not only because J/psi decays is a very good source
of glueballs(the only missing but necessary piece of QCD) but also it is complementary to B-factories
for the measurement of CKM matrix elements. The Beijing e$^+$e$^-$ collider is going to upgrade its
luminosity
by a factor of 100 to 10$^{33}$ cm$^{-2}$s$^{-1}$ and the detector will be completely rebuilt. The physics
opportunities
and the upgrade program will be described. |
