ABSTRACT: Lepton flavor violation and leptogenesis are studied in the supersymmetric models providing neutrino mass, seesaw model and Higgs triplet model. These models can generate the lepton number asymmetry of the universe in the manner of Affleck and Dine with low reheating temperature avoiding the disastrous gravitino problem. These models also provide lepton flavor violation. It is interesting in the Higgs triplet model that some lepton flavor violating processes are related to each other through the neutrino mass matrix. Hence, the triplet model can be confirmed by the observation of two lepton flavor violating processes. On the other hand, in the seesaw model lepton flavor violating processes can constrain the parameter of the leptogenesis. The relation between lepton flavor violation and leptogenesis is studied.
