ABSTRACT: First, we review renormalization effects on neutrino masses and mixings. In GUT context, we investigate some Quark-Lepton unifications, and examine possible renormalization effects on them. Finally, we present a possibility to probe the implication of quark-lepton unification by considering the relative size of branching ratios for lepton flavor violating radiative decay processes.
