ABSTRACT: Possible existence of the kaonic nuclei as narrow discrete states have been discussed by Akaishi and Yamazaki. Phenomenological KN potential constructed so as to reproduce KN scattering data, kaonic hydrogen and a mass and width of Lambda(1405) under assumption of $\bar{K}$N bound state, is found to have strongly attractive I=0 part, which drives system to have high binding energy (>100MeV) and narrow width, and hence a high density. Followed by positive results of a first experimental search of such states performed at KEK, kaonic nuclei are being studied more people with keen interest. In this talk, among such new effort, an experimental search at FOPI/GSI by means of heavy-ion-collisions (Ni +Ni, Al+Al) and elementary reactions (p+d, p+C) will be presented.
