| ABSTRACT: |
The recent essential developments of QCD factorization
for B-M_1 M_2 are mainly focused on the power corrections and
higer-order radiative corrections. In this talk, we will see that the
soft-collinear effective theory (SCET) is an appropriate tool to handle
both of such corrections. The corresponding phenomenological results
will also be reviewed as well.
