We discuss the dual transformation properties of non-Abelian monopoles in a system with the gauge symmetry breaking G to H, where H is a non-abelian subgroup of G. For a concrete model, we consider the softly broken N=2 supersymmetric QCD which realizes a hierarchical symmetry breaking G to H, where H is also broken completely by the low-energy dynamics. In this system, monopole-vortex coupled configurations naturally appear. Based on the investigation of these configurations, we discuss the correspondence between the transformation properties of vortex moduli under a color-flavor diagonal symmetry and monopole multiplets under the dual symmetry of H.
