ABSTRACT: We present a very simple model of the radius stabilization in a SUSY Randall-Sundrum model with a hypermultiplet and constant boundary superpotentials. A range of parameters where the anomaly mediation is dominated is found although there are many problematic bulk effects of SUSY breaking. Gravitino mass is relatively large, 1000 TeV. The obtained vacuum with a stabilized radius has a negative cosmological constant, which can be canceled by an additional localized F- or D-term SUSY breaking without spoiling our successful radius stabilization. An attempt to solve the negative slepton problem is briefly discussed.
