ABSTRACT: We discuss the Higgs sector of the secluded U(1)'-extended MSSM focusing on CP violation and electroweak phase transition. Using the one-loop effective potential that includes contributions from quarks and squarks in the third generation, we search for the allowed region under theoretical and experimental constraints. It is found that the possible region for the electroweak vacuum to exist is quite limited, depending on the parameters in the model. Due to the complex soft SUSY breaking masses, CP violation is possible even at the tree level, and it can affect the Higgs boson masses and couplings. It is also found that electroweak phase transition is strongly first order without the light stop. In such a case, the singlet-like ($S$) Higgs and the charged Higgs bosons play an important role, and the upper bounds of the lightest CP-even and odd Higgs bosons can be obtained by the condition for strongly first order phase transition. Depending on the charged Higgs boson mass, they can be as large as 200 GeV.
