ABSTRACT: The nonperturbative multi-gluons interaction is one of the unique features of the strong interaction. Exotic hadrons, such as glueballs and gluonic-excitation of hadrons are examples of where the gluonic degrees of freedom could directly appear in the hadron spectrum. An alternative approach to survey the multi-gluons interaction is to study the t-channel diagrams in hadron-production reactions. The phi-meson photoproduction off of nucleon offers a clean way to access the gluon-rich interactions in the t-channel diagrams since quark exchanges between phi-meson and nucleon are suppressed by the OZI rule. In this talk, resent experimental studies on the phi-N interaction in photoproduction reactions with CLAS at Jefferson laboratory are presented.
