    Please be aware of heat stroke.



      In the summer seasons, the injury and the accident are increasing in KEK.
     How to prevent heat stroke and health management under hot and humid conditions,

     + Adjusting the room temperature
     + Frequent hydration (plain water or sports drinks, not caffeine or alcohol)
     + When outdoors, wear a wide-brimmed hat and light-colored clothing
     + Having a balanced diet and enough sleep
     + When the following symptoms appear, immediately move to a shady, cool place and get medical attention.
      「rash on anterior chest」、「dizziness」、「nausea」、「loss of balance」、
      「pale complexion」、「headache」、「tiredness」、「muscle cramp」
      (These may be the first symptom of heat stroke)
     + If confusion or loss of consciousness has been shown, call an ambulance immediately.
