  About handling KEK users for novel coronavirus

  ■ Message for visitors from overseas. (Mar. 19, 2020)

   1. The number of infected people are increasing in Japan. However, there is no infected KEK staff
     and KEK user on KEK Tsukuba campus and on Tokai campus.

   2. Following the government policy (see the URL below), all people coming from the specified
     countries(*1) shall be banned to enter the KEK campuses for 14 days from the day of entry into
     Japan.
     The period of this measure shall be the same as the government policy.

    *1 Countries that are banned from entering into KEK.

     China (Including Hong Kong and Macau) , South Korea, Iceland, Italy, Estonia, Austria,
     Netherlands, Greece, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic,
     Denmark, Germany, Norway, Hungary, Finland, France, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Malta,
      Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Ireland, Andorra, Iran, UK, Egypt,
     Cyprus, Croatia, San Marino, Vatican, Bulgaria, Monaco, Romania.

     Following countries that are refused entry to Japan.

     ・China : Hubei, Zhejiang.
     ・South Korea : Daegu Metropolitan City, North Gyeongsang Province-Cheongdo County,
             Gyeongsan, Andong, Nagakawa, Chilgok County, Uiseong-gun, Seongju-gun,
             Gunwi County.
     ・Iran : Gilan Province, Qom Provice, Tehran Province, Alborz Province, Isfahan Province,
         Qazvin Province, Golestan Province, Semnan Province, Mazandaran Province,
         Malqazi Province, Lorestan Province.
      ・Italy : Veneto Province, Emilia-Romagna, Piedmont, Marche, Lombardy, Aosta Valley,
          Trentino-Alto Adige/Sudtirol, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Liguria.
      ・San Marino : All regions.
      ・Switzerland : Canton Ticino, Canton of Basel-Stadt.
      ・Spain : Navarra, Basque Country, Comunidad de Madrid, La Rioja.

   3.Please let the Tsukuba Campus Users Office or J-PARC Center Users Office know if you have
    difficulty returning to the home country.
