Overseas Remittance


  You can Overseas Remittance from Japan Post Bank (Yucho Bank) ,Joyo Bank and other Bank.
  Howener, We inform Japan Post Bank Oho and Joyo Bank Kenkyu Gakuen Toshi Branch which
  are nearest from KEK.

 Japan Post Bank (Post Office)

  Open : Monday- Friday, 9:00A.M - 4:00P.M
  Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays and December 31 through January 3.

  Long-stay residents who has Residence card and Notification card or the Individual Number -My
  Number- can transfer money from the Yucho Bank (Japan Post). Also, short-stay residents who has
  passport can overseas remittance. However,The passport is confirmed Residence permit date and
  Foreign countries address. And it depends on how much money do you remit or which country do you
  make an overseas remittance. So, we cannot say "you can do it" now.

  There are three ways to do this.           

  1. Remittance Cheque:
    Make a remittance cheque for a certain amount in the target currency and then take it over to the
    post desk to mail it.
    The fee is 2500 yen except for the U.S. which costs 2000 yen.

  2. Kouza ate soukin Direct to Foreign Account:

  You need to fill out for "Request of the remittance purpose confirmation"  

  3. Remittance between Accounts

  Please take your Japan Post Bank bankbook.

  Nesesary items when you overseas remittance at Post Office.

  1) You have your Individual Number Card

 1. Individual Number Card (nicknamed "My Number")
 2. Residence Card
 3. Your name, Japanese address and telephone number
 4.Name and Address of Foreign Bank & branch, and Bank cord BIC
  Remittans for Europe, need a IBAN(International Bank Account Number) cord
 5. Foreign bank account number    
 6. Name of a bank account holder
 7. Adrress and telephone number of a bank account holder

  2) You have your Notification of Individual Number

 1. Notification of Individual Number (nicknamed "My Number")
 2. Residence Card
 3. Passport or Driver's License
 4. Your name, Japanese address and telephone number
 5. Name and Address of Foreign Bank & branch, and Bank cord BIC
  Remittans for Europe, need a IBAN(International Bank Account Number) cord
 6. Foreign bank account number    
 7. Name of a bank account holder
 8. Adrress and telephone number of a bank account holder


 Joyo Bank 

  Joyo Bank Kenkyu Gakuen Toshi Branch handle Overseas Remittance. Oho Branch is not available.

  The Remittance of the US dollars, Euro, Australia-dollar, Canadian-dollar, Britain-Pound, Swiss-franc,
  Norwegian-krone, Thai-baht, Svensk-krona, Hong kong-dollar, Shingapore-dollar and New Zealamd-
  dollar are possible at the Kenkyu Gakuen Toshi Branch.

  The following acticles are necessary

 1. Residence Card※
 2. Notification Card or the Individual Number Card (nicknamed "My Number")※
 3. Document of the remittance purpose confirmation in English※
 4.The document which can identify the financial funds of the remittance fund
 5. Your name, Japanese address and telephone number
 6. Foreign Bank & branch and its address
   Remittans for Europe, need a IBAN(International Bank Account Number) cord
 7. Foreign bank account number    
 8. Name of a bank account holder
 9. Adrress and telephone number of a bank account holder
