Takes 2 hours 20 min by Shinkansen "Nozomi" fare is 13,080 yen for one way from Tokyo.
The place that can purchase a ticket of the Shinkansen in Tsukuba is JTB.( Seibu Department Store 1
floor) The reservations over the telephone do not accept.

Thursday at Shokuin-kaikan.
