Promotion of KEK 50th Anniversary Projects
Anniversary Donation
KEK will celebrate its 50th Anniversary in 2021. Taking this great opportunity, KEK will review the past 50 years, and perform a variety of the anniversary projects. Additionally, KEK will launch a program “KEK Future Foundation – Let’s create our future together” for promotion of its fundraising activities. Under the new program, KEK will take a variety of measures toward establishment of the foundation. KEK will appreciate very much your support which will help further advancement of the KEK research activities which KEK believes should contribute to a better future of children. The KEK 50th Anniversary Projects will address the following objectives.
Support Domestic and Foreign Visiting Researchers
Improve conditions surrounding the domestic and foreign researchers who visit KEK to participate into the collaborative projects. Such support from KEK will allow those researchers to proceed with their study in more effective manner.
Support to Scientists of Next Generation
Support developing young researcher careers and fostering human resources of scientists of next generation.
50th Anniversary Events
Hold 50th anniversary ceremony, symposiums and exhibitions so that KEK is and will be an irreplaceable research institute open to public and society in Japan.
Record Collection & Preservation
Collect and preserve commemorative materials and videos relating to KEK for the past 50 years, as well as issue a memorial magazine for the record of the KEK 50th anniversary and a video for introduction of KEK.
